Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the coordination and execution of international negotiations between involved countries during Aug–Feb.
  • •Conduct negotiations end-to-end (analytics, strategy, game plan, execution) and ensure stakeholder alignment.
  • •Consolidate country input into one EPDM-aligned strategy and gameplan and drive BU stakeholder sign-off.
  • •Lead central cross-country projects (e.g., shelf-ready packaging and channel assortments) from ideation to “ready for shipment.”
  • •Coordinate with cross-department stakeholders and present negotiation/project progress internally to senior audiences (sales directors, BU MDs).

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree.
  • •5+ years of proven experience in commercial negotiations.
  • •Experience in multi-country negotiations.
  • •Strong communication skills to manage internal and external relationships across multiple stakeholders.
  • •Fluent in English (written/spoken) and solid knowledge of commercial metrics and a commercial P&L.
