Job Summary

Support the HR team in the DACH region with day-to-day operations and gain broad exposure to Human Resources management across the full employee lifecycle. Collaborate with HR managers on onboarding, Learning & Development, employment references/certificates, and employee surveys, plus internal policies. Contribute to HR projects by running independent research, analyses, and evaluations, while gradually taking on more responsibility and ownership as you prepare for a career in HR.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the HR team in the DACH region in day-to-day operations and gain insights into HR management.
•Work with HR managers across the employee lifecycle, covering onboarding, Learning & Development, preparation of employment references, employee surveys, and internal policies.
•Actively contribute to HR projects and independently conduct research, analyses, and evaluations on HR topics.
•Take on increasing responsibility and own task areas step by step to prepare for entry into a career in Human Resources.

Key Requirements

•You are at least in the 3rd semester of a degree in business administration, psychology, sociology, or a comparable program, ideally with a focus on HR/Human Resources.
•First practical experience in HR (e.g., internship or working student role) is preferred, or alternatively experience in a commercial setting.
•Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with a solid understanding of numbers, data, and relationships.
•You have a communicative personality and a structured, careful, detail-oriented working style.
•You can work at least 15 hours per week during the semester (ideally 20h) and are comfortable working primarily from our locations in Munich or Berlin, with very good German and English skills (written and spoken).
