Support ERP implementation and enhancement projects by gathering requirements, documenting current and future business processes, and helping drive process improvements. Bridge business and technology by analyzing gaps between operations and system capabilities and creating business/functional requirements for configuration and development. Develop and execute test scenarios, support user acceptance testing, and help train end users during go-live and post-launch stabilization across operations and supply chain.

•Gather business requirements and document current and future business processes; contribute to process improvement initiatives.
•Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for system improvements and analyze gaps between current processes and future system capabilities.
•Create detailed business and functional requirements to support system configuration and development.
•Develop test scenarios and scripts, participate in user acceptance testing, support go-live and post-launch stabilization, and help prepare end users through training and knowledge sharing.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
•Experience in one or more areas such as production/manufacturing operations, inventory management, warehousing, supply chain planning, procurement, ERP systems, application support, or reporting and analytics.
•Experience working with production and inventory management processes.
•Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
•Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities.
