Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver projects across varied scopes and disciplines to agreed success criteria.
  • •Define project scope and support business case preparation and funding approvals.
  • •Coordinate stakeholders to capture inputs, restrictions, approvals, and requirements.
  • •Manage procurement activities including tender preparation, bid analysis, and contract awards for consultants and contractors.
  • •Oversee construction delivery by controlling site activities for safe, compliant outcomes; manage risks and maintain quality standards across design and construction phases.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven track record delivering construction projects, particularly in Aviation and/or Defence sectors.
  • •Understanding of Australian building standards and aviation standards.
  • •Experience managing contractors and contract administration, including compliance with contract terms and managing changes.
  • •Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently across the full project lifecycle.
  • •Eligibility for an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC); Australian Defence Baseline clearance would be highly regarded.
