Job Summary

Lead the successful delivery of client infrastructure projects while minimizing disruption to operations and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Partner with stakeholders to define scope, support business case and funding approvals, and manage procurement activities from tenders through contract awards. Administer contracts, control site activities, and oversee risk management and quality throughout design and construction phases, with strong Aviation and/or Defence sector experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver projects across varied scopes and disciplines to agreed success criteria.
•Define project scope and support business case preparation and funding approvals.
•Coordinate stakeholders to capture inputs, restrictions, approvals, and requirements.
•Manage procurement activities including tender preparation, bid analysis, and contract awards for consultants and contractors.
•Oversee construction delivery by controlling site activities for safe, compliant outcomes; manage risks and maintain quality standards across design and construction phases.

Key Requirements

•Proven track record delivering construction projects, particularly in Aviation and/or Defence sectors.
•Understanding of Australian building standards and aviation standards.
•Experience managing contractors and contract administration, including compliance with contract terms and managing changes.
•Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently across the full project lifecycle.
•Eligibility for an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC); Australian Defence Baseline clearance would be highly regarded.
