Job Summary

Lead end-to-end financial performance, operational excellence, and service delivery outcomes for a large regional Project Accounting organization. Own financial and service KPIs, build executive reporting and dashboards, drive root-cause analysis for variances, and oversee project financial execution including revenue recognition, cost control, reserves, and cash flow. Provide governance, manage IFRS/U.S. GAAP/SOX compliance, support audits, and spearhead finance transformation, standardization, and talent development.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a primary executive point of contact and lead stakeholder governance, performance reviews, and escalation discussions.
•Own and govern financial, operational, and service delivery KPIs, including building targets, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
•Oversee project financial execution (revenue recognition, cost control, reserves, contingencies) and complex accounting judgments under IFRS/U.S. GAAP and internal controls.
•Drive operational excellence at scale, including consistent global processes, controls, capacity planning, and workforce optimization.
•Lead finance transformation initiatives (process standardization, automation, digital enablement), support audits and compliance, and develop talent and leadership layers.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
•Professional accounting qualification (CPA or equivalent) strongly preferred.
•15+ years of progressive experience in multinational, complex organizations with significant senior leadership responsibility.
•Deep expertise in Project Accounting and financial performance management.
•Advanced knowledge of revenue recognition (IFRS 15 / IAS 11 / ASC 606), U.S. GAAP, and SOX controls, plus experience with large ERP platforms (Oracle, SAP, Blackline, or similar).
