Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop advanced 3D CFD models to simulate fire growth and smoke movement.
  • •Apply simulations to complex buildings and large infrastructure (including underground stations).
  • •Perform ASET/RSET assessments and tenability analyses.
  • •Assist to optimize smoke control, exhaust, and natural ventilation designs.
  • •Contribute to Fire Engineering Briefs (FEB) and Reports (FER) and translate data into clear visuals for non-technical stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of dedicated CFD modelling experience in fire engineering
  • •Expert in FDS (Fire Dynamics Simulator) and PyroSim for CFD modelling
  • •Experience with Evacuation Modelling tools such as Pathfinder and/or BuildingEXODUS
  • •Strong understanding of fluid dynamics, heat transfer, and combustion principles
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Fire, Mechanical or Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
