Field Service Engineer - CT/MRI (Field: Raleigh, NC)

Install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain CT/MRI equipment at customer sites while managing customer relationships and service commitments. Work with the regional team to improve processes and close training gaps, and perform required administrative and compliance documentation. Diagnose and resolve electronic, network, and mechanical issues using tools, support, and escalation paths. The role requires frequent travel across the assigned geography and flexible working hours.
