Key Responsibilities

•Worker Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with workers across the market — owning the experience from recruiting through placement and providing timely updates, feedback, and support.
•Community & Partner Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with workforce centers, community organizations, and local partners to drive worker pipeline and brand presence in the market.
•Worker Vetting & Onboarding: Oversee worker vetting, drug testing, and onboarding end-to-end, including running large group onboarding sessions when volume calls for it.
•Worker Funnel Management: Manage the full worker funnel — sourcing, screening, scheduling, and converting applicants into placement-ready workers.
•New Start Scheduling: Coordinate interviews and start schedules for new hires across customer sites, ensuring workers are matched to the right opportunities at the right time.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 22 - 26 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
•Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.
•1–2+ years of experience in operations or customer-facing environments, including but not limited to: staffing, manufacturing, warehouse, retail, food service, teaching, or on-site coordination.
•Strong recruiting instincts and the ability to source, screen, and convert candidates.
•Comfortable running large group onboarding sessions and presenting in front of workers.
