Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with General/Store Manager.
  • •Support key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain visual standards and partner with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities.
  • •Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill business, team, and guest needs while ensuring safe, clean, and efficient store operation.

Key Requirements
