•Lead a team of engineers, set technical direction, and coordinate engineering priorities to deliver modernization and sustainment initiatives.
•Re-baseline and maintain the engineering lab environment to reflect customer production systems.
•Drive migration from legacy video infrastructure to modern, cloud-capable UC platforms, including platform upgrades, Smart Licensing transitions, and hardware refresh projects.
•Provide Tier III engineering troubleshooting and sustainment across legacy UC video infrastructure and modern solutions.
•Develop system capacity expansion plans, perform QA/performance checks, and ensure compliance with DoD directives for classified networks.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of related experience (BA/BS) or 14 years in lieu of a degree.
•Active DoD Secret clearance and ability to support classified voice/video systems.
•3+ years in real-time communications (VoIP/Video) with deep SIP/SDP/RTP/SRTP/TLS/WebRTC expertise.
•Hands-on video infrastructure experience with Cisco VCS Control/Expressway (C & E series) and SIP/H.323 interworking, plus experience with Pexip, Poly, or Cisco endpoints.
•Extensive troubleshooting using call traces and packet captures (Wireshark/tcpdump) and strong support knowledge in DNS, PKI, TLS, AD, PowerShell, and APIs/REST.
