Senior Product Manager, AI Search & Discovery - Grata

Lead the development of Grata’s core discovery engine—how dealmakers search, explore, and build conviction. Define, strategize, implement, and optimize AI-native search and discovery workflows, collaborating with design, engineering, data science, QA, and product marketing. Partner with commercial teams through user research and data analysis, set roadmaps and measurable KPIs, and balance quality, latency, cost, and reliability as the platform scales in private markets.
