Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with vertical sales leaders to analyze sales growth performance vs targets and recommend corrective actions.
  • •Own commercial performance metrics, including pricing realization, inflation pass-through, and tariff cost/margin impacts; maintain net price waterfall analysis.
  • •Support licensing business wind-down by assessing contract/TSA-related financial exposures, distinguishing stranded costs, and monitoring milestones and risks.
  • •Serve as a finance business partner on finance systems transformation across EDW, OneStream, SAP S/4HANA, GDM, and EPM, including data mapping/validation, reconciliation, and UAT.
  • •Blend finance analysis with AI/ML to automate reporting and deliverables, improve forecasting with driver/predictive models, and pilot anomaly detection and narrative generation.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally spanning FP&A, commercial finance, or transformation-related roles.
  • •Demonstrated experience with pricing, margin, and commercial economics analysis, including inflation/tariff impact analysis exposure.
  • •Familiarity with EPM and financial systems (OneStream, SAP S/4HANA, EDW concepts, GDM) is strongly preferred.
  • •Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Python, or similar) and interest in applying AI/ML to finance use cases.
  • •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across sales, accounting, IT, and senior leadership.
