Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare for each day by ensuring proper supplies and PPE for patient care.
  • •Use modern technology to access the schedule, travel to patient homes, and coordinate care using HIPAA-secure messaging.
  • •Collect relevant patient information and perform diagnostic and preventative services (e.g., phlebotomy/specimen collection, diabetic foot screenings, retina exams, ECGs).
  • •Label any collected samples properly and coordinate drop-off to the appropriate lab or shipment facility.
  • •Provide comfortable, patient-centered low-acuity care while operating autonomously and maintaining confidentiality.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 45 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in venipuncture and ability to provide phlebotomy/specimen collection and diagnostic services in patients’ homes.
  • •State-required licensure and/or proof of training, plus national certification where needed for states without state-level licensure requirements.
  • •Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and proof of completion of course/program or certification aligned to licensure level.
  • •HIPAA and professionalism requirements: maintain confidentiality and provide high-quality care with integrity and accountability.
  • •Valid Driver’s License, current vehicle insurance, and ability to physically access homes (including climbing stairs and carrying up to 20 pounds).
