Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide on-shift leadership for the logistics package sort operation and manage Hub volume, including unloading, sorting, and freight allocation for drivers
  • •Manage a team of Warehouse Associates and direct contingent workforce to meet quality and safety standards and hit performance metrics
  • •Use HelloFresh tech and systems to make operational decisions, ensure safety culture, and quickly analyze and prioritize work to prevent failures
  • •Conduct team huddles to maintain engagement and open communication
  • •Ensure security of hub assets (facilities, vehicles, and inventory) and monitor safety, cost, quality, and other agreed indicators

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent
  • •Preferably 2+ years’ experience managing operations for fulfillment, supply chain, logistics, or transportation
  • •Must be at least 22 years old, legally authorized to work in the US, and possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
  • •Ability to pass pre-employment screens including drug, MVR, background, and criminal checks
  • •Availability for night shift starting between 11:30 pm–2 am until complete (4-day shift) and/or day shift hours, including weekends as needed
