Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the electronic execution desk’s strategy and commercial direction in Stockholm with full income and cost responsibility.
  • •Define and drive the desk’s growth strategy to deliver on client income and franchise expansion ambitions.
  • •Manage, mentor, and develop traders by setting priorities and reviewing performance.
  • •Build and maintain senior relationships with Nordic and international institutional clients, including hedge funds and asset managers.
  • •Drive algo and DMA offering enhancements with technology and quant teams; ensure operations remain within risk limits and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience in electronic execution or algorithmic trading with a track record of client-facing seniority.
  • •Prior people management experience, ideally leading a trading or execution team.
  • •Deep knowledge of market microstructure, algo strategies, and execution technology.
  • •Strong commercial instinct with experience building or growing a client franchise.
  • •Comfortable engaging with risk, compliance, and technology stakeholders on desk governance.
