Key Responsibilities

  • •Collect and analyze information contained in investment dossiers
  • •Analyze market conditions and assess the asset within its market
  • •Model, for the Group, the full set of financial and economic parameters for investment opportunities (primarily office or retail assets)
  • •Prepare, in English, documents for the Investment Committee of PIMCO Prime Real Estate
  • •Support acquisition and sales activities by reviewing information memorandums, drafting offer letters, and participating in due diligence

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s-level education (bac+5) such as a business school, engineering school, or a specialized real estate master with finance training
  • •Excellent proficiency with office tools, especially Excel, and strong skills with Word and PowerPoint
