Job Summary

Own the execution and measurement of pricing changes, including recurring price-based account migrations end to end. Build and validate formula-driven migration templates, support pricing models for new releases and customer impact, and partner with Data & Insights on dashboards tracking realized vs. list price, discount depth, and ARPA. Collaborate cross-functionally to automate manual pricing steps and design in-market price tests to validate willingness to pay.

•Own recurring price-based account migrations end to end, including cohort segmentation, batch processing, QA, and post-migration validation, and build repeatable templates.
•Support pricing models for new releases and quantify impacts for existing customers, packaging findings into recommendations.
•Partner with Data & Insights to build dashboards and automated reporting tracking realized vs. list price, discount depth, and ARPA by cohort.
•Collaborate with Billing Ops, Sales Ops, CS Ops, and Enablement to automate manual steps in pricing execution and equip Sales and CS when prices change.
•Design and run in-market price tests to validate willingness to pay before broader rollout.

Salary: CAD 97,300 - 131,700 annually

Key Requirements

•2+ years in financial or business analysis and modeling, preferably for B2B SaaS, with heavy spreadsheet work and QA across large datasets.
•Hands-on experience with a subscription billing system (Zuora, Stripe, Chargebee, or similar) and a CRM like Salesforce, including bulk updates and data validation.
•2+ years building dashboards and queries in Looker, Tableau, or similar.
•Experience with pricing analysis across SaaS charge models (subscription, usage-based, tiered, per-seat).
•Experience running cross-functional projects (e.g., Asana) and communicating clear status updates, insights, and recommendations.
