Job Summary

Lead the development and execution of customer propositions for Business Banking, tailoring offerings to different customer segments. Build and run business cases and resource plans to meet operating plan objectives, maximize ROI and cost-effectiveness, and manage performance planning and reporting. Analyze portfolio and business trends, monitor market and competitor developments, and provide data-led recommendations. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to launch initiatives that improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and support the development of customer propositions tailored to various customer segments.
•Develop and execute business strategies using business cases and resource assessments to deliver objectives and rolling operating plan commitments.
•Own performance management planning and reporting, including annual planning, forecasting, scorecards, KPI/target setting, and tracking.
•Analyze business performance and portfolio trends and provide data-led recommendations to optimize Business Banking performance.
•Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to launch initiatives and align financial and business goals to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

Key Requirements

•University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field.
•Proven banking experience with focus on commercial banking and strong understanding of customer segments, omni-channel and digital banking, and related banking systems.
•A customer-centric mindset with strong ownership.
•Strong strategic and analytical thinking, including problem solving.
•Awareness of operational risk, financial crime risk, internal controls, and compliance policies; proficiency in MS Office with strong MS Excel skills.
