Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure adherence to company HSE policies and procedures and lead the HSE team at site.
  • •Conduct regular risk assessments for electrical and instrumentation work activities and develop control measures to mitigate risks.
  • •Lead investigations into electrical and instrumentation-related incidents/accidents and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • •Conduct toolbox talks and deliver training programs; support employee safety orientations.
  • •Develop and maintain emergency response plans, conduct drills, monitor HSE KPIs, and prepare HSE performance reports for project management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree/engineering degree or HSE certification (or equivalent).
  • •Minimum 7–9 years of experience in the oil & gas industry.
  • •NEBOSH IGC.
  • •Additional certifications such as IOSH Managing Safely, OSHA, First Aid, or Fire Safety are an advantage.
  • •Strong knowledge of Permit to Work (PTW), Risk Assessment, HAZID, HAZOP, LOTO, and emergency response procedures.
