Key Responsibilities

•Oversee environmental permitting and utility siting projects, managing scope, schedule, and budget while mentoring junior staff.
•Conduct client visits and field activities requiring travel, coordinating project field and data collection efforts.
•Develop, manage, and deliver business strategy, high-quality proposals, interdisciplinary teams, and report deliverables.
•Interface with clients and regulatory personnel on complex projects and support business development initiatives.
•Collaborate with other offices, practices, and business lines to ensure high-quality work and safety culture.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 99,000 - 135,000 annually

Key Requirements

•BA/BS in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Biology, Ecology, Natural resources, Wetlands management, or an earth science-related field plus 6 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
•6+ years of experience managing projects and teams to scope, schedule, and budget
•Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass AECOM’s Motor Vehicle Records review
•PMP or other project management certification is a plus; candidate will be required to complete AECOM Project Management Certification
•Excellent communication skills, including both oral and written (writing sample required)
