Key Responsibilities

  • •Build business partnerships with finance teams to provide ad-hoc transfer pricing advice and solutions.
  • •Lead transfer pricing risk assessment and implement transfer pricing processes, controls, and monitoring.
  • •Perform functional and financial analyses to reaffirm existing transfer pricing policies.
  • •Implement and maintain operational transfer pricing processes, provide improvement suggestions, and conduct periodic transfer pricing calculations.
  • •Collaborate with external consultants on contemporaneous transfer pricing documentation and respond to internal and external inquiries.
  • •Monitor and analyze proposed and newly enacted transfer pricing legislation, regulations, and judicial decisions impacting the company.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of transfer pricing experience (including at least 2 years as a senior manager or equivalent) in a multinational/global company, accounting firm, or professional services firm.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or equivalent related field.
  • •Experience across transfer pricing planning, compliance, and controversy matters.
  • •Strong data analysis and time management skills.
  • •High oral, written, and listening proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese for communication with global partners across Brazil and Mexico markets.
