Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and mentor mechanical engineering and technician teams, providing technical guidance and structured training.
  • •Manage semiconductor facility mechanical and process systems (e.g., cleanroom HVAC, utilities) to ensure reliability and efficiency.
  • •Oversee mechanical design, construction, commissioning, and optimization; review drawings/specs and NavisWorks 3D models for accuracy and constructability.
  • •Drive energy-saving, optimization, predictive maintenance, and TPM initiatives to minimize downtime and improve performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (required); equivalent work experience considered.
  • •Minimum 8–10 years in mechanical engineering, including 3–5 years in a managerial role.
  • •Experience designing and operating mechanical systems, including HVAC and process utilities, and familiarity with construction standards.
  • •Proven ability to build, mentor, and lead high-performance teams.
  • •Experience with ISO/IATF compliance and quality management systems; semiconductor or advanced manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
