Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the plant HR team with application review, interview scheduling, and offer creation/extension.
  • •Organize, schedule, and confirm interviews for hourly production hiring.
  • •Partner with the talent acquisition team to ensure the end-to-end hiring process and candidate experience exceed expectations and follow Tyson guidelines.
  • •Assist with hiring processes aligned with compliance regulations and OFCCP guidelines.
  • •Perform additional duties as assigned, such as orientation and I-9s.

Salary: USD 20.67 - 35.1 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • •1 year of talent acquisition or event planning preferred.
  • •Strong computer skills and experience with an applicant tracking system preferred.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Attention to detail; bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus (Spanish, Vietnamese, and/or Arabic).
