Key Responsibilities

•Build referral partnerships with physicians, care coordinators, social workers, and senior-focused organizations; educate providers on Sailor Health services and referral workflows.
•Own territory growth by developing new partnerships, managing high-priority accounts, and driving outbound outreach across the local healthcare ecosystem.
•Operate in the field 4–5 days per week, meeting partners in person and attending community events and provider meetings.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, operations, and patient experience teams to ensure smooth referrals and onboarding; share market feedback to improve provider experience and growth strategy.
•Present to groups of providers (e.g., 20) and conduct 1-on-1 meetings with solo PCPs to build relationships; balance strategic territory planning with diligent follow-up.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 70,000 - 95,000 annually
