Job Summary

Manage a multi-million-dollar accounts receivable portfolio to support WSP’s financial health. Follow up with clients to secure timely invoice payment, maintain accurate collection notes, and handle payment disputes with project teams. Respond to client inquiries, reconcile accounts with payment application teams, and process credit card payments and refunds. Issue non-payment notices, support escalation to collection agencies, and contribute to monthly account review reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage an accounts receivable portfolio to ensure timely payment of invoices.
•Follow up with clients for outstanding payments and maintain up-to-date collection notes in systems.
•Escalate and coordinate resolution of payment disputes with project teams.
•Respond to client inquiries about account balances and transactions.
•Reconcile accounts, process credit card payments and refunds, and issue non-payment notices with escalation to collection agencies.

Key Requirements

•Diploma (DEC) in Finance, Administration, or Accounting.
•Minimum 3 years of accounts receivable collections experience in a corporate environment.
•Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written).
•Experience working with Oracle Cloud.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level) and knowledge of bankruptcy and insolvency processes.
