Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out and support the team to deliver pricing analysis.
  • •Coordinate technical projects to improve underwriting performance against common technical modelling standards and data controls.
  • •Define, set priorities, and report on project status, including rate reviews and analysis to support product and pricing development.
  • •Support managers in Pricing meetings by presenting and contributing to outcomes.
  • •Assist in coaching and developing colleagues to ensure continual up-skilling.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience working with large data sources and strong command of Python, SQL, SAS, Databricks or similar coding languages.
  • •Experience with Willis Towers Watson Radar software.
  • •Good understanding of the elements of pricing and how to optimise to deliver business targets.
  • •Strong stakeholder management skills, including communication and conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • •Knowledge of statistical modelling methods and machine learning techniques.
  • •Responsible Artificial Intelligence usage.
