Job Summary

Drive consistent HR service delivery by supporting day-to-day performance for complex employee lifecycle transactions and escalated HR queries. Oversee ServiceNow case notes and audit trails, maintain data and documentation accuracy in Workday, and act as a Workday super user. Partner with stakeholders across assigned markets, build advisor capability through coaching and training, and lead practical continuous-improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy, compliance, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver HR services against agreed service levels and customer experience measures, including speed to resolution and right-first-time accuracy.
•Monitor team workload and case progress, maintain ServiceNow case notes and audit trails, and support workforce planning and coverage.
•Execute and oversee Joiner, Mover, and Leaver transactions in Workday; create and approve employee documentation and coordinate payroll instructions and dependencies.
•Own complex escalated issues across process, policy, documentation, data, and systems, driving investigation to resolution and capturing learnings.
•Act as a market subject-matter expert by managing stakeholder relationships, maintaining market process knowledge, and coaching advisors/coordinators for capability building and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•Typically 4-6 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, an HR Contact Centre, or a comparable service delivery environment.
•Strong practical experience in employee lifecycle processes, HR documentation, and/or employee data management.
•Experience handling complex customer queries, escalations, and cross-functional dependencies.
•Hands-on experience with cloud-based HR systems; Workday and ServiceNow experience is strongly preferred.
•Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word, plus fluent written and spoken English.
