[US-DC] Area Manager

Lead day-to-day shift operations in a production environment by coaching and developing hourly associates and ensuring teams have the right tools, training, and direction. Communicate with employees and leads, manage departmental performance measures with visual controls, and provide regular progress updates to production leadership. Handle issues through problem resolution, conduct shift and safety meetings, oversee interviews, and complete required shift paperwork while maintaining quality, productivity, cost, safety, and morale.
