Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with business units and IT teams to define business requirements, application goals, functional requirements, and technical specifications.
  • •Support application configuration, enhancement, upgrades, deployment, integration, and ongoing maintenance.
  • •Support Project Managers with software rollouts, scope, schedules, task estimates, deliverables, and project tracking.
  • •Analyze business processes and workflows, identifying improvement opportunities and performing fit-gap, cost-benefit, and ROI analyses.
  • •Coordinate application testing (including UAT), provide end-user training, and act as a liaison to resolve issues between vendors, end users, IT, and stakeholders.

Key Requirements
