Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver and support investment technology solutions across applications, integrations, data platforms, and architecture enhancements.
  • •Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical solutions while acting as liaison between stakeholders and technology teams.
  • •Enable the full solution lifecycle, including requirements, testing, implementation, and ongoing application support.
  • •Identify process gaps and drive system/workflow and operational improvements to improve scalability and cost-effectiveness.
  • •Provide production support for critical investment applications and perform root cause analysis while coordinating delivery timelines and budgets.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience as an Investment Business Analyst, Product Support Analyst, or similar.

  • •Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • •Proficiency in SQL.
  • •Experience with OMS platforms such as Aladdin or Charles River; investment data and trade lifecycle/process knowledge.
