Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
  • •Communicate and clarify solution requirements, functionality, and design decisions with business owners, project managers, software developers, and other stakeholders.
  • •Work through the complete IT delivery lifecycle including estimation, solution design, development support, documentation, testing, deployment, release, and post-release verification.
  • •Contribute to development and enhancement of data loading processes, data models, WebFOCUS reports, and reporting solutions.
  • •Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and drive continuous improvements, including participation in delivery sprints.

Key Requirements

  • •Solid SQL skills and the ability to work directly with data.
  • •Understanding of data warehousing principles, data structures, schemas, and data modelling concepts.
  • •Experience translating business needs into technical or data-related solutions, including clarifying and challenging requirements with stakeholders.
  • •Hands-on experience in an IT development environment, covering how solutions move from requirements to production.
  • •Good written and spoken English for collaboration across the Baltics.
