Key Responsibilities

•Provide active support and advice for customers in Make Up, Skin Care, Hair Care and Fragrance on the sales floor; embody the Sephora Attitude (Welcoming, Knowing, Closing) and build relationships at eye level.
•Sell products through in-depth product knowledge and keep customers informed about trends and beauty news.
•Deliver continuous development of personal expertise and share knowledge with the team; conduct beauty classes and contribute to the Beauty Hub.
•Assist with merchandising, maintain product presentation, stock shelves, and support inventories and daily operations.
•Perform cash register duties and support daily business through additional tasks as needed.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of professional experience in the respective department (retail/beauty)
•Fluent in English or native language of the country
•Completed training in the respective departments (training period: at least 6 months)
•Excellent communication skills with customers
•Good knowledge of the beauty industry and trends
