Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead company-wide headcount and operating expense forecasting
  • •Drive annual planning, monthly forecasting, and close processes
  • •Develop and communicate the cost structure narrative for Board decks, month-end close, forecasts, annual plans, and long-range plans
  • •Prepare and consolidate business performance commentary, including underlying drivers and variance analysis, and present to finance leadership
  • •Scale and improve FP&A systems and processes, and support cross-functional ad hoc FP&A projects to inform management decisions

Salary: USD 164,700 - 201,300

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • •5+ years of Corporate FP&A experience
  • •Experienced people manager with a track record of building and developing team members
  • •Strong financial modeling and analytical skills using Excel and G-Suite
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization
