Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical domain expertise and guidance to global, regional, and site facilities and manufacturing teams.
  • •Collaborate with internal teams (Technology Development, Procurement, Finance, Legal) to implement engineering solutions and drive innovation.
  • •Analyze system designs to improve performance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness, supporting problem-solving with standard methodologies.
  • •Lead and support large-scale infrastructure design and construction projects aligned with standards, codes, and regulations.
  • •Develop and maintain global construction standards and drive reliability, sustainability, and operational excellence initiatives, including emissions, energy, and water programs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • •7–10 years of design experience in the semiconductor and/or facilities-related industry.
  • •Proficiency in mechanical and process systems design for semiconductor manufacturing and facilities.
  • •Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • •Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and customer-focused communication skills.
