Job Summary

Provide application and technical support to Emerson’s global sales teams for Fisher control valves and FIELDVUE instrumentation. Drive commercial and technical reviews including pricing discussions, contract reviews, project strategy, and customer presentations. Act as the factory expertise liaison between the sales network, product business units, and engineering teams. Lead pricing conversations, resolve field issues, and visit customers for technology promotion, training coordination, and industry knowledge building.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide application and technical support to global sales teams, including valve sizing and selection, field issue resolution, product presentations, industry knowledge, and value-led selling.
•Serve as liaison between the sales network and strategic product business units.
•Be the voice of the customer into the organization and engineering teams.
•Lead pricing discussions and set pricing aligned with sales and operating profit objectives with required approvals.
•Visit customers and coordinate Marshalltown visits including technical training and industry schools; also review contract commercial terms and help resolve key customer complaints.
