Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a regional anchor for the security compliance team, focusing communications on region-specific requirements while integrating to the global effort.
  • •Serve as a trusted contact for regulatory bodies, customers, partners, and vendors, supporting external perception of enterprise security.
  • •Manage the implementation and monitoring of security controls, continuously refining and iterating.
  • •Implement AI and automation to streamline compliance and security work, including reporting and communications.
  • •Develop and maintain security documentation, including standards and policies, reporting metrics, dashboards, and evidence artifacts.

Key Requirements

  • •Deep knowledge of compliance, regulatory, and control frameworks such as PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 2, including how to succeed in security audits.
  • •Strong familiarity with information security concepts, practices, and solutions, with comfort speaking the technical/security language.
  • •Working knowledge of policy creation and maintenance in a security context, including tuning policies for complex regulatory requirements.
  • •Working understanding of complex cloud environments and how they affect modern security and compliance operations.
  • •Understanding of financial services or payments, especially with fintech industry experience.
