Provide efficient, friendly customer service at the Coach cashwrap while maintaining operational accuracy and supporting team development. Greet customers warmly, promote add-on sales and gift cards through the Insider Program, and ensure accurate cash handling and compliance. Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods, complete end-of-shift audits, keep the cashwrap organized, and assist with training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service standards.
