Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage complex, high-value strategic bids as bid manager (or senior support) based on bid size and complexity.
  • •Ensure bid governance and bid review processes are followed throughout the bid lifecycle.
  • •Coordinate and lead the pursuit process, including capture planning input, tender planning, response delivery, and proposal submission.
  • •Collaborate with Opportunity Directors and bid teams to develop tailored solutions and set standards for quality and integration.
  • •Coach colleagues and champion best practices by running lessons learned, analysing customer feedback, and sharing improvements across the business.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree level qualification in an appropriate subject.
  • •APMP Foundation (minimum).
  • •Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe suite; InDesign and graphics skills are desired.
  • •Previous experience producing tenders in engineering and construction, specifically Roads and Civil markets across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
  • •Expert bid writing/management, commercial skills, and thorough understanding of public and private procurement processes in the UK/Ireland.
