Strategic Partnerships Manager to scale Polar’s partner ecosystem by enabling agencies, building a full-funnel partner pipeline, optimizing deal structures, and leveraging AI-driven MCP integrations. You’ll travel for in-person relationship-building, demo data capabilities to technical teams, and systematize partnership workflows to manage 100+ relationships while driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner enablement and training - getting agency teams to understand Polar's value prop, demo the product themselves, and refer qualified brands.
•Full-funnel partner pipeline from identification through activation to revenue.
•Partner economics and deal structure - work with discount models, master agency accounts, and bi-directional lead sharing.
•AI and MCP as a partnership differentiator - demo MCP integrations and help partners position it to clients.
•In-person relationship building at Shopify events, industry conferences, and agency visits; travel required to build trust and close deals.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•3-4 years in partnerships, channel sales, or business development at a SaaS company; proven ability to build partner programs at scale
•tech-savvy and systems-oriented; experience with automation, CRM workflows, or enablement programs
•familiarity with the Shopify ecosystem, ecommerce agency world, or DTC brands
•ability to manage the full funnel independently from outreach to activation to revenue
•comfortable demoing product and discussing data with technical agency teams; AI, MCP, attribution models
