Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in planning, organizing, and directing bar processes to ensure quality beverages and a clean, tidy workspace.
  • •Maintain and develop coffee stocks, sales data, and coffee menus; review the coffee offering against current trends.
  • •Support Outlet Managers and staff to drive coffee sales and achieve maximum revenue and profit in line with budget/forecast.
  • •Provide structured coffee training content in coordination with L&D and encourage the team to deepen coffee knowledge.
  • •Support food safety compliance and record-keeping; gather guest preferences and record them in SevenRooms under the Coffee segment/tag.

Key Requirements

  • •2 years’ experience in a luxury hotel or restaurant barista role.
  • •Ability to manage coffee inventory accurately and efficiently.
  • •In-depth theoretical knowledge of coffee origin and categorization (regionality, cultivation, history, ceremonies, steeping, temperatures).
  • •Experience working with high-volume restaurants preferred.
  • •Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), POS systems, and restaurant reservation systems.
