Key Responsibilities

  • •Clean and disinfect poultry houses and equipment using commercial pressure washers; remove used litter and place new shavings (55%).
  • •Move birds as required to feed conversion, growing, laying, or live haul areas (10%).
  • •Repair and maintain tractors, pressure washers, litter truck, trailers, and mechanical equipment (10%).
  • •Perform additional duties such as repairs to cages/pens/equipment/buildings, farm cleanup, and euthanizing weak/ill birds per policy (10%).
  • •Perform simple math to record information and complete required production documentation (15%).
