Provide onsite and remote IT support for client users across New York City, Stamford, and Greenwich. Key Responsibilities

•Provide onsite and remote IT support to client users.
•Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, software, hardware, mobile device, and connectivity issues.
•Use a ticketing system to document, manage, and resolve support requests.
•Escalate technical issues to Systems Engineers or Senior Systems Engineers when appropriate.
•Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and follow organizational/client policies and change-control procedures.

Salary: USD 55,000 - 75,000 annually

Key Requirements

•At least one year of professional IT experience in desktop support, systems engineering, systems administration, or related technical support.
•Provide end-user and desktop support for Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, desktop/laptop computers, and mobile devices.
•Experience supporting Microsoft 365 technologies including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Entra ID/Azure Active Directory.
•Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server platforms, Active Directory, and Group Policy, plus networking concepts.
•Ability to commute to client offices in New York City, Stamford, and Greenwich as needed; periodic travel between locations required.
