Lead Warehouse Technician

Lead and perform warehouse activities for receiving, staging, storage, transfers, and delivery of HVAC equipment in a typical warehouse environment. Serve as the primary point of contact for warehousing, customer service, and local transportation issues, including loading/unloading trucks and managing inbound freight. Operate material handling equipment safely, maintain accurate inventory through cycle counting, resolve discrepancies, support internal customers, and assist with training and housekeeping.
