Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up and oversee the internal innovation structure for ECM, defining and implementing an executable framework and supporting innovation adoption across the bank.
  • •Design future-state operating models leveraging AI and technology to improve efficiency, risk management, and decision-making.
  • •Deploy and integrate AI, analytics, and workflow solutions into enterprise platforms and business processes; build prototypes and production-ready solutions with measurable value.
  • •Develop multi-year implementation roadmaps and influence product, platform, and data roadmaps based on business needs and adoption patterns.
  • •Accelerate organizational change by partnering with enterprise change teams on adoption, training, stakeholder engagement, feedback loops, and readiness toolkits.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications in program management (PMP/CAPM) and/or organizational change management (CCMP/CMS) are preferred.
  • •Proven experience executing and implementing AI models and/or tooling, preferably in a change management context.
  • •Strong understanding of change management principles and ability to apply them for automation, RPA, and AI enablement.
  • •Ability to identify, scope, plan, and assess change initiatives and manage complex processes and workflows.
  • •Experience with portfolio, program, and change management applications/tools to oversee their use within a business context.
