Job Summary

Design, develop, debug, and support PeopleSoft HCM modules across Workforce Administration, Position Management, Organizational Development, Profile/Workforce Development, Compensation, Base Benefits, Time & Labor, ESS, and North American Payroll. Key Responsibilities

•Implement, support, and enhance PeopleSoft HCM (Workforce Admin, Position Mgmt, Organizational Development, Profile/Workforce Development, Compensation Mgmt, Base Benefits, Time & Labor, ESS, Company Directory, and North American Payroll).
•Design, develop, debug, and fix defects, including unit testing of PeopleSoft applications, plus support activities (incident acknowledgement, analysis, resolution, testing, and closure).
•Partner with business users, functional leads, and customers to understand and define requirements and participate in design and development.
•Independently lead module implementations and support activities.
•Assess reporting needs and recommend reporting tools, including creating/optimizing SQR and BI Publisher reports.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 93,979 - 181,362 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum 6–8 years of PeopleSoft Development and Support experience.
•Minimum 6–8 years with PeopleTools (PeopleCode, Application Engine, Workflow, SQR, Component Interfaces, Integration Broker, web services, Query, XML Publisher, UNIX/Cobol, and complex SQL).
•Build and maintain Application Engine programs, Application Packages, Workflow, and Approval Framework (AWE).
•Create and optimize SQR and BI Publisher reports, and customize pages/records/fields/menus with upgrade-safe practices.
•Functional exposure (2–4 years) in PeopleSoft HCM modules and ability to complete testing/reviews based on functional and technical designs.
