Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end development and delivery of the enterprise application inventory, including governance operating model, policies, standards, roadmaps, and metrics.
  • •Design, implement, and continuously improve technology governance frameworks for APM.
  • •Implement governance processes across ServiceNow modules, enforcing configuration standards and lifecycle controls.
  • •Establish APM practices including application inventory, rationalization, lifecycle status, technical debt tracking, and alignment to business capability heatmaps.
  • •Define KPIs and dashboards for platform health, compliance, risk, and portfolio value, partnering to enforce platform guardrails and change control while managing executive communications and roadmap prioritization.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years in an IT leadership role with exposure to IT governance, IT operations, IT service management, and/or IT audit.
  • •5+ years’ experience with the ServiceNow platform.
  • •5+ years’ experience with IT asset management or software asset management, including CMDB/SAM/discovery or endpoint management.
  • •5+ years’ experience defining KPIs and demonstrating business impact.
  • •5+ years’ experience using business and financial acumen to influence process or strategy.
