•Gather and analyze customer feedback, prioritize product requirements and improvements, and conduct end-user observation to inform roadmaps and innovation opportunities.
•Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking, using industry and social media insights to develop actionable expansion strategy and programs.
•Support product strategy and execution for expansion products across the product lifecycle, including new product development, SKU management, and promotional programs.
•Develop business cases, set pricing, monitor product performance, and manage P&L for assigned product lines.
•Partner on go-to-market execution with Brand and Category teams and collaborate with engineering, industrial design, sales, finance, and supply chain for product launches.

•Experience using Microsoft Office and PowerBI, with strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
