Key Responsibilities

  • •Research emerging techniques in retrieval, reasoning, and agentic AI, then decide what to pursue for the roadmap.
  • •Prototype ideas quickly and ship production-grade features based on what proves out.
  • •Define technical direction across multiple teams to prevent cross-team architectural issues.
  • •Build and maintain back-end and front-end systems for Agents Schema pipelines and the Context Catalog UI.
  • •Own production reliability (on-call, incident response, SRE) and set/testing QA standards while doing hands-on QA when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Trusted expert who can define technical direction across multiple teams and operate with high independence.
