Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and solve where the mission-critical construction and skilled-trades industry is broken.
  • •Develop the right MVP and validate ICP to unlock a sales pipeline.
  • •Execute a go-to-market strategy to reach $50–100K ARR.
  • •Raise a seed and Series A using Forum’s end-to-end fundraising playbook and network.
  • •Work with Forum’s operating team across business design, product development, growth, recruitment, and legal support.

Key Requirements

  • •Early-stage operator experience with expertise in product development, business, or as a domain expert.
  • •Deep domain knowledge in mechanical, electrical and plumbing projects, skilled trades, and/or workforce development.
  • •Experience running MEP projects, building workforce/training platforms, and/or selling software into contractors.
  • •Ability to attract, hire and lead world-class teams.
