Job Summary

Build the technical foundation for virtual senior care by designing and implementing core platform components that connect EHRs, care management systems, billing infrastructure, and patient communication tools. You’ll develop reliable healthcare-integrated data flows, enable automation and operational intelligence, and lead critical build-vs-buy technical decisions. Partner closely with the Community GM while establishing engineering practices, and own production stability, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

•Design and implement the core platform for virtual care, including robust integrations and scalable data flows across EHR, care management, billing, and patient communication tools.
•Build operational intelligence and automation tools, such as patient dashboards, automated outreach triggers, and clinical decision support.
•Evaluate build vs. buy trade-offs and lead critical technical decisions to balance immediate needs with long-term scalability.
•Help establish engineering practices, including code standards, testing expectations, deployment processes, and technical documentation.
•Own system reliability and performance through production stability, monitoring, and continuous improvement for healthcare-critical workflows.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 230,000 annually
